  I have been with State Farm for ~10 years and never had an issue until transferring to Rhea in 2017. Since then my bill has never been correct. This team has quoted my monthly vehicle insurance three consecutive times under $180 a month yet I am still being billed over $220. They claim this is an error and will be resolved yet fail to refund these billing errors. I have spent extensive ammounts of time on e-mails, phone calls and calls with the State Farm corporate office and this has rendered no change or resolution. I strongly reccomend utilizing a different agent.

  I have had insurance with Rhea for 4+ years (home, auto, renters and umbrella) and find her to be responsive and helpful in her role running the office. However, I continue to have trouble with her and her team in effectively managing our policies and the follow through to ensure we are covered. On two occasions we have had our car insurance cancelled because of missing information and when I have called the response is "We mailed you a request" or "we called and left a message". I only discovered the cancellation when calling to check on our policies. As the policy owner I have had to find out by chance they cancelled. The expectation would be that Rhea or someone on her team would reach out and ensure they talk to me live as the policy owner (email, multiple phone numbers provided...no excuse). I would not recommend Rhea's office because there is risk that you will fall through the cracks as the customer service is poor (specifically the follow through). Just called about moving our insurance to another state (we have moved) and found out that the renters we had called to cancel 2 months ago was still active. My suggestion is to get better training for your team, push to look at your processes on what can be improved, and refocus your team on customer service.
